What teacher can say that her students willingly join her for a literary evening in a church, on Saturday? Me. Because seven wonderful students of Myp 5 Dutch A and DP 2 Dutch B came with me to the Johannes Kerk in Princenhage, were Loes, Sammie, Willemijn, Mila and Mihaela read aloud their letters once again, this time to a public of art lovers. We didn’t leave with the first price, but our Mihaela made it to an honorable second place, because as the only non-native speaker, she had impressed the jury with her letter and command of the Dutch language. We are really proud of her.

My students all wrote an remarkable, well written tribute to Vincent van Gogh and I couldn’t be more proud of these ambassadors of our International School.
