TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that the times and costs of the clubs are fixed. There is, however, a facility to drop off and pick a child up at any point during the course of the club in which the child is enrolled.
A €6 discount will be accorded to children registered for the Sunset club attending an ISB Activity club only if run by an ISB staff member (see below for further information). Discounts are not available for ISB activity clubs run by external teaching staff.
Children enrolled in the Sunset Club who also attend an ISB Activity Club should bring their own snack/drink to enjoy before the activity club begins.
Parents who fail to collect their child from the after-school clubs on time will be charged an additional €10 each time this occurs.
SHORT SCHOOL DAYS
The Sunlight Club will be available on short school days (when school finishes at 12.00) provided we have a minimum of four children attending. Parents will be notified a week before if the club does not go ahead. The Sunlight Club will be open between 12.00 and 4.30 pm on these days.

TEACHER TRAINING DAYS
Our school is closed several times per year for teacher training. Our out-of-school Sunlight Plus Club will, however, be open on certain teaching training days provided we have a minimum of four children attending. This operates from 7.30am to 4.30 pm.

ENROLMENT
In order to enrol your child in one of our clubs, please use the form provided, available at the school Reception. On completion of the form, please sign and return it to the Reception where your request will be processed.
CANCELLATION
A month’s notice is required to cancel your child’s attendance at our out-of-school clubs when on a fixed-day contract. Please contact the ISB Out of School Clubs either by email at: isbclubs@isbreda.com or through the Reception.
